Sitting and walking meditation in the morning followed by a community potluck at noon. No experience required. 

Kingston Community Dharma is a small group of committed Buddhist practitioners who come together for the ritual of meditation and provide a space that is welcoming to all and is aimed at building community based on compassion and the interconnection of all life.
