Creative Activism {make it & make it matter}

Hosted by Christopher Wangro, this high-energy gathering of artists and creatives involved and interested in using their abilities for the greater good. This 90-minute session will be presented in three parts: 1] A look at some of the most exceptional, innovative, and effective bits of activism seen in the last decade(s). 2] Conversations & presentations with two inspired artist-activists to understand their work with an emphasis on communication strategies and the practicalities of bringing sometimes difficult projects to life. 3] A creative jam session to jump-start innovative activism. These are troubling times; how do we use our voices, talents & skills to help steer the world back to a saner course?
