Coaching
Committing to a journey to practice democracy at work, shifting your culture and your internal policies, building trust, freeing up capacity, changing your decision-making practices, and entering into joyful collaboration: this is what our coaching practice seeks to help you do.
For coaching support, we work with you to identify where you’d like to take steps towards democratizing your workplace, and we provide options for different ways of working with your leadership and/or collaborative team. We then design engagements on specific areas of learning and practice. This might include shared leadership terminology, circle mapping and collaborative structures, democratic decision-making tools, a policy and practice review, and/or conflict resilience support. We might work with a team for a few meetings or for a whole year of regular check-ins. We design the journey with you.
Generally, organizations that we work with for coaching have participated in our other offerings first, providing a grounding in how to democratize the workplace and our approaches. Our public online workshops provide introductions to the frameworks, tools, practices and culture shift we believe underpin robust and healthy transitions towards social equity and power-sharing at work. We also offer facilitation services and/or tailored versions of workshops for teams looking to bring us in for introductory or professional development sessions.

For tailored offerings and coaching, our rates for a team of at least two facilitators are on a sliding scale. We provide these ranges to give you an example. We will need to understand your needs to create an offering and provide you with a rate.
- 1 hour: $250-500
- 2 hours: $500-1000
- Half-day (4 hours): $1000-2500
- Full-day (6+ hours): $2500-5000
