GWI Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy

GWI is committed to offering high quality workshops and offerings. Our refund and cancellation policy accommodates the minimum time required to build, market, prepare, and plan for events and workshops – including content development, facilitation materials, food and refreshments, and room accommodations when applicable.

We keep fees for programs as low as possible and offer tiered pricing for most events to make them as accessible as possible. Absorbing the entire cost of late cancellations and no-shows would ultimately limit our resources and ability to offer these workshops.

Our workshops require a minimum registrant participation to be beneficial. A registrant who provides notice more than 48 hours before the start of a workshop will be offered a full refund or given the option to donate their registration fee to GWI. No refunds will be issued with less than a 48-hour notice.
