Caroline Contillo and Miyaxx, Kailea Loften and Kate Weiner of Compassion in Crisis: Building Disaster-Resilient Communities will be co-facilitating an immersive workshop that braids together psychological first aid practices and nervous system-nourishing ambient music. This event will include: An engaging book talk on Compassion in Crisis, a practical workshop on psychological first aid during times of crisis, and an experiential ambient music session to regulate and soothe the nervous system.
