Grace est\u00e1 comprometida con la creaci\u00f3n de lugares pr\u00f3speros garantizando que las personas que viven en ellos tengan el poder de dise\u00f1ar su propio futuro. Grace es Directora de Comunicaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de una organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro de Colorado llamada Constructores de la Comunidad<\/a>. Anteriormente, trabaj\u00f3 como especialista en comunicaciones y participaci\u00f3n comunitaria en la ciudad de Aspen. Antes de mudarse a Colorado, Grace fue Directora de Participaci\u00f3n Comunitaria en el Good Work Institute, donde ayud\u00f3 a desarrollar una red de m\u00e1s de 150 empresarios locales, funcionarios p\u00fablicos, artistas, l\u00edderes sin \u00e1nimo de lucro y activistas que trabajan para construir una regi\u00f3n m\u00e1s equitativa y regenerativa en el Valle del Hudson.
