Soy una optimista pragm\u00e1tica, una lectora voraz y una instigadora llena de esperanza, que trabaja por una visi\u00f3n del futuro que sea alegre, abundante y equitativa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e9l\u00e8ne (ella\/\u00e9l)<\/strong> se inspira en los valores articulados por Italo Calvino: ligereza, rapidez, exactitud, visibilidad, multiplicidad y coherencia. En su trabajo diario, fomenta la conexi\u00f3n, el impacto social y el acceso a la financiaci\u00f3n alineada, trabajando con l\u00edderes comunitarios, empresarios y activistas para ayudar a imaginar, dise\u00f1ar y construir ecosistemas econ\u00f3micos y sociales m\u00e1s saludables. Ha estudiado durante toda su vida y actualmente se centra en la econom\u00eda regenerativa y en c\u00f3mo se puede catalizar el cambio sist\u00e9mico a todos los niveles democratizando el control del capital. Su papel en GWI abarca el dise\u00f1o de programas, la estrategia organizativa, la recaudaci\u00f3n de fondos y las comunicaciones, adem\u00e1s de su labor de liderazgo compartido como fideicomisaria trabajadora, y sigue apoyando el lanzamiento de Kingston Common Futures (un fondo dise\u00f1ado por la comunidad y centrado en la comunidad). En el pasado reciente, cofund\u00f3 y dirigi\u00f3 un espacio cooperativo de coworking y ayud\u00f3 a lanzar y gestionar aceleradoras de empresas de impacto social. A su trabajo actual aporta quince a\u00f1os de experiencia en sus inicios como productora, comisaria, core\u00f3grafa y artista contempor\u00e1nea interdisciplinar, dedicada a fomentar la creatividad y la experimentaci\u00f3n en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, el arte, la danza y el teatro.
