Una de las empleadas originales de la organizaci\u00f3n, ha pasado los \u00faltimos seis a\u00f1os trabajando para apoyar a cada miembro del equipo a trav\u00e9s de un dise\u00f1o organizativo compasivo y centrado en el ser humano.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras quince a\u00f1os desarrollando programas para organizaciones locales de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, Caitlin ha encontrado ahora su vocaci\u00f3n apoyando el trabajo de otros a trav\u00e9s de su amor por la pol\u00edtica, la estrategia, el dise\u00f1o y (\u00a1sorprendentemente!) la administraci\u00f3n. Es la persona de referencia del equipo en cuestiones de pol\u00edtica interna y dise\u00f1o de operaciones, y tambi\u00e9n codirige nuestras ofertas de patrocinio fiscal y liderazgo compartido.
