Antes de BPI, Kate trabaj\u00f3 como asesora de desarrollo de capacidades para el New York Council on Nonprofits y pas\u00f3 muchos a\u00f1os apoyando la radio p\u00fablica comunitaria y nacional y otros esfuerzos de narraci\u00f3n de historias.
