De hecho, ni siquiera queremos imaginarnos como \"recursos\".&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generalmente, el t\u00e9rmino \"recursos humanos\" evoca <em>algo<\/em> para ser utilizado, o utilizado <em>arriba<\/em>en lugar de evocar <em>alguien<\/em>un ser humano de espectro completo. Es an\u00e1logo a reducir la diversidad y la amplitud del mundo natural al t\u00e9rmino \"recursos naturales\", que transmite la idea de que el mundo natural es algo de lo que extraer valor, minar, convertir en productos, tirando los detritus una vez que hemos terminado. Todo ello huele a mentalidad econ\u00f3mica extractiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, en lugar de eso, nos vemos como un grupo comprometido de personas unidas por una misi\u00f3n com\u00fan. Cada uno aportamos nuestros puntos fuertes (y d\u00e9biles), con confianza y cuidado, y desarrollamos juntos nuestras capacidades al servicio de una organizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s justa y eficaz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aspiramos a crear una cultura del trabajo que aproveche nuestras energ\u00edas colectivas para hacer un buen trabajo y que permanezca atenta a lo que necesita cada persona para presentarse y contribuir plenamente, sin dejar de cuidarnos como seres humanos.<\/strong> Para ello, hemos experimentado con el desarrollo y la aplicaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas que apoyan la cultura y los valores que queremos alimentar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo encontrar el camino hacia pol\u00edticas laborales que se alineen con esta visi\u00f3n de un equipo y de una organizaci\u00f3n? No es tarea f\u00e1cil ir contra la corriente de las pr\u00e1cticas y pol\u00edticas gen\u00e9ricas de RRHH. Lo hacemos paso a paso, inspir\u00e1ndonos en organizaciones progresistas de todo el pa\u00eds, como la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theselc.org\/\">Centro Jur\u00eddico para las Econom\u00edas Sostenibles<\/a>. Hemos encontrado y analizado planteamientos existentes, y los hemos ajustado a nuestras necesidades.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las \u00e1reas que hemos tocado hasta ahora con este trabajo de reimaginar radicalmente los RRHH incluyen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e1cticas de contrataci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Transiciones (por ejemplo, ascensos o cambios de funciones)<\/li><li>Compensaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Resiliencia ante los conflictos y pol\u00edticas de compromiso<\/li><li>Revisiones anuales utilizando la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y la retroalimentaci\u00f3n entre iguales (por ejemplo, marcos de retroalimentaci\u00f3n 360).<\/li><li>PTO abierto, transparente e ilimitado<\/li><li>Desarrollar un proceso para ver, nombrar y aceptar nuestros diversos estilos de trabajo.<\/li><li>Crear acuerdos de trabajo compartido<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Al imaginar un camino a seguir en cada una de estas \u00e1reas, hemos empezado con aportaciones del grupo hacia un proceso o pol\u00edtica articulados, cuya elaboraci\u00f3n se basa en nuestras ideas y en investigaciones externas. Despu\u00e9s hemos iterado hasta llegar a una versi\u00f3n que aprobamos y aplicamos. Por \u00faltimo, nos damos permiso y tiempo para volver la vista atr\u00e1s sobre nuestros procesos y pol\u00edticas una vez que los hemos vivido durante un tiempo para analizarlos y ajustarlos. Consideramos estas pol\u00edticas y pr\u00e1cticas como enfoques vivos, tan vivos como nosotros (bueno, no del todo) y, por tanto, potencialmente modificables con el tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es emergente y todav\u00eda parece nuevo, pero sentimos que estamos empezando a ver los frutos de nuestro trabajo, a medida que nos acercamos al segundo aniversario de la transici\u00f3n a una organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro autodirigida por los trabajadores. Al compartir parte de nuestro viaje aqu\u00ed y en futuros posts, esperamos abrir la conversaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo nuestros enfoques de RRHH pretenden alinearse con la Transici\u00f3n Justa y c\u00f3mo todo surge y apoya nuestro liderazgo compartido. Con cada experimento, aprendemos lo que nos funciona y lo que no, y tambi\u00e9n vemos el efecto domin\u00f3 de nuestro compromiso mutuo en el dise\u00f1o de un lugar de trabajo equitativo, saludable y alegre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenemos un post anterior en esta serie sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/blog\/trust-is-radical\/\">confianza radical<\/a> que merece la pena revisar teniendo en cuenta este contexto de los asuntos de RRHH. <strong>La confianza radical es una base importante para nuestro trabajo, como grupo de personas que practican el liderazgo compartido.
