Si has le\u00eddo alguno de nuestros art\u00edculos anteriores sobre nuestro proceso de transici\u00f3n, ya sabr\u00e1s que pasar de un modelo jer\u00e1rquico a otro no jer\u00e1rquico supone un gran esfuerzo. Averiguar c\u00f3mo compartir el poder es algo importante. Este tipo de trabajo profundo es transformador, no s\u00f3lo en c\u00f3mo me presento en el trabajo, sino en c\u00f3mo me presento en la vida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay una versi\u00f3n del trabajo en la que uno se presenta en el puesto, ficha, trabaja, ficha y se va a casa. Tambi\u00e9n existe la versi\u00f3n del exceso de trabajo, en la que uno da todo lo que tiene, pero el trabajo puede no corresponderle: bastante extractivo. Pero, \u00bfy si nuestro entorno laboral fomentara nuestra transformaci\u00f3n interior?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso de descubrir c\u00f3mo compartir el poder con mis 5 colegas me ha cambiado indudablemente para mejor. Ha sido un proceso de autodescubrimiento, que exige una mayor vulnerabilidad, una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s clara y una confianza radical. Estas habilidades no s\u00f3lo son \u00fatiles en el trabajo. He tenido cada vez m\u00e1s oportunidades de practicar estas nuevas habilidades en el resto de mi vida. Uno mejora con la pr\u00e1ctica. Cada vez soy m\u00e1s capaz de aceptar los conflictos en lugar de evitarlos. Gran parte del proceso ha consistido en hacer expl\u00edcito lo impl\u00edcito. A menudo, las cosas se quedan en lo convencional simplemente porque es f\u00e1cil aceptar lo impl\u00edcito. Seguir la corriente de lo impl\u00edcito no requiere hablar, no se necesitan habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n consciente. Podemos quedarnos callados y aceptar que \"las cosas son as\u00ed\".  Las decisiones en un sistema jer\u00e1rquico suelen funcionar as\u00ed.  Un jefe puede \"pedirte\" que hagas algo, pero la implicaci\u00f3n es \"hazlo\" aunque no sea eso lo que se pretende. No es muy distinto de c\u00f3mo puedo decir a mis hijos: \"\u00bfPuedes fregar los platos?\". El trabajo de aclarar, comunicar conscientemente y nombrar lo que antes estaba impl\u00edcito permite que todo el mundo se muestre diferente. Este mismo proceso se est\u00e1 integrando ahora en toda mi vida y soy mejor persona por ello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un entorno de liderazgo compartido he podido explorar cu\u00e1les son mis necesidades y c\u00f3mo expresarlas. Estoy aprendiendo a hablar abiertamente desde estos lugares y a dejarme apoyar de maneras que antes no lo hac\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proceso de transici\u00f3n ha sido un proceso de cuidado y atenci\u00f3n, llevado a cabo con mucha intenci\u00f3n y voluntad de mirar lo que hay debajo. Creo que ser\u00eda imposible dedicarse a esto y que no repercutiera en la propia vida. Hay una cualidad regenerativa en trabajar as\u00ed... un reconocimiento del hecho de que c\u00f3mo estamos en un lugar repercute en c\u00f3mo estamos en otro. Ninguno de nosotros, independientemente del trabajo, puede entrar y salir sin m\u00e1s y dejarlo todo atr\u00e1s. El trabajo no est\u00e1 tan claramente separado de la vida. Ocupa demasiadas horas de nuestras vidas.
