En los \u00faltimos meses, el equipo de GWI ha mantenido una profunda conversaci\u00f3n sobre lo que entendemos por \"Buen Trabajo\". Inspirados por las palabras y el trabajo de Generaci\u00f3n de movimientos<\/a>estamos encontrando mucha resonancia con sus principios de la Transici\u00f3n Justa como \"marco para un cambio justo hacia una econom\u00eda ecol\u00f3gicamente sostenible, equitativa y justa para todos sus miembros\". En los pr\u00f3ximos meses trabajaremos para integrar este marco de Transici\u00f3n Justa en todos los aspectos del Instituto del Buen Trabajo, tanto a trav\u00e9s de nuestra programaci\u00f3n en el Valle del Hudson como de nuestra estructura organizativa y nuestras operaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con este fin, nos complace anunciar que GWI se encuentra en plena transici\u00f3n hacia un nuevo sistema de gesti\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n. Trabajador aut\u00f3nomo sin \u00e1nimo de lucro<\/a>Un modelo de liderazgo distribuido que permite una gran autonom\u00eda y flexibilidad. Estos cambios son emocionantes y desafiantes, y exigen que nuestro equipo aporte sus mejores energ\u00edas mientras aprendemos, asumimos riesgos, cultivamos una confianza m\u00e1s profunda y nos atrevemos enormemente a co-crear una organizaci\u00f3n y apoyar un movimiento que sirva bien a nuestra regi\u00f3n. Estamos trabajando con algunos recursos maravillosos y, a medida que avancemos en esta labor, compartiremos nuestros aprendizajes con la esperanza de que os sean \u00fatiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
