Susan ofreci\u00f3 <em>Sube, sube<\/em> como una forma de que todos los participantes sean proactivos en la descentralizaci\u00f3n del poder, permitiendo que algunas personas pasen a hablar activamente y que otras pasen a escuchar activamente. Esto se me ha quedado grabado como un recurso \u00fatil en mi propia pr\u00e1ctica de nuestra nueva estructura no jer\u00e1rquica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llevamos ya alg\u00fan tiempo con esto del WSDNP, y aunque definitivamente me estoy haciendo con la pr\u00e1ctica, todav\u00eda estoy resolviendo lo que significa para m\u00ed apartarme de la jerarqu\u00eda. En septiembre cumplir\u00e9 cinco a\u00f1os en GWI. Fui la tercera persona contratada y la cuarta en trabajar para la organizaci\u00f3n (Grace Lodge empez\u00f3 como voluntaria un par de semanas antes de que yo llegara), pero actualmente soy la que m\u00e1s tiempo lleva en el equipo. Vengo de un sistema jer\u00e1rquico, y mis ra\u00edces en GWI est\u00e1n en un sistema jer\u00e1rquico. Es un lugar extra\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por un lado, al trabajar con GWI durante tanto tiempo, la idea del liderazgo compartido me parece 100% natural. Desde el primer d\u00eda, nuestros valores como organizaci\u00f3n se han basado en la interdependencia y la colaboraci\u00f3n. Al igual que la Transici\u00f3n Justa parec\u00eda tan perfecta para nuestra organizaci\u00f3n que parec\u00eda casi predestinada, convertirnos en una organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro autogestionada por los trabajadores no s\u00f3lo me pareci\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n correcta, sino la \u00fanica que podr\u00edamos haber tomado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, siempre estoy en conflicto con mis propias inclinaciones jer\u00e1rquicas. Tomar decisiones independientes es algo natural. Yo era Director de Operaciones antes de la transici\u00f3n y ahora soy Director de Operaciones, as\u00ed que sigo trabajando principalmente en las mismas cosas y me muevo por ese trabajo de manera similar. La pr\u00e1ctica de la jerarqu\u00eda est\u00e1 tan arraigada en m\u00ed que, a menudo, s\u00f3lo me doy cuenta de ella a posteriori. Me encuentro trayendo mi trabajo de vuelta a mis c\u00edrculos y pidiendo opiniones y consentimiento despu\u00e9s de haber tomado una decisi\u00f3n, lo que me hace sentir fuera de alineaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para m\u00ed, a nivel personal, esta transici\u00f3n requiere mucha reflexi\u00f3n y discernimiento y, para ser sincero, puede ser agotadora. A la gente le encanta hablar del valor de la eficiencia en los negocios, y en muchos sentidos el antiguo sistema parece m\u00e1s eficiente. Pero muchas personas en estructuras jer\u00e1rquicas tambi\u00e9n son infelices; se sienten invisibles e insatisfechas. No digo que la jerarqu\u00eda sea siempre el problema, pero ahora que estoy al otro lado de ella, creo que lo que hemos perdido en eficacia, lo recuperamos en integridad y valor. Nuestro trabajo puede ser y ser\u00e1 mejor cuando compartamos el poder, pero compartirlo no siempre es tan f\u00e1cil como esperamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed es donde <em>Sube, sube<\/em> me ha ayudado mucho. Se ha convertido en mi mantra para acercarme a mis compa\u00f1eros de trabajo de una manera que descentra nuestros comportamientos jer\u00e1rquicos aprendidos. Aunque se me da muy bien pasar a ser un l\u00edder activo de nuestro trabajo compartido, tambi\u00e9n me estoy retando a m\u00ed mismo a pasar a un papel de escucha activa cuando mis compa\u00f1eros de trabajo comparten su voz y su liderazgo. Yo ten\u00eda el poder en el antiguo sistema, y ahora estoy tratando de invitarme conscientemente a dejar espacio para que otros se apropien de ese poder en el nuevo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay muchas peque\u00f1as maneras de hacerlo, y para m\u00ed el truco est\u00e1 en practicarlo a nivel micro. Pedir opiniones, compartir decisiones, dejar claro el mandato, ofrecer devolver el mandato, permanecer en silencio, reconocer las ideas y aportaciones de los dem\u00e1s, ofrecerse voluntario para asumir un papel de apoyo. Todas estas son peque\u00f1as formas de practicar una nueva relaci\u00f3n con el poder en el momento y todas ayudan. Pero lo m\u00e1s importante es que conf\u00edo en la sabidur\u00eda de mis compa\u00f1eros de trabajo y valoro y cuido nuestras relaciones como co-personas que mantienen unido este trabajo. With this new awareness, Micah began forging a new path. Micah creci\u00f3 en Mt. Con el tiempo, un profundo trabajo personal, la paternidad y la conexi\u00f3n, Micah aprendi\u00f3 a descartar el t\u00e9rmino \"t\u00edmido\", entendiendo que no necesita definirse a s\u00ed mismo, sino que es libre de sentir y actuar como quiera en el presente. Con esta nueva conciencia, Micah empez\u00f3 a forjarse un nuevo camino.
