Lo arraigada que est\u00e1 la jerarqu\u00eda en nuestros sistemas. \u00bfQui\u00e9n determina las tareas que hay que hacer? \u00bfQui\u00e9n tiene que llevarlas a cabo? \u00bfY c\u00f3mo funcionan estos dos papeles en relaci\u00f3n entre s\u00ed y con el poder?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funcionamos como WSDNP en relaci\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s? \u00bfC\u00f3mo rendimos cuentas ante nosotros mismos, nuestro trabajo, los dem\u00e1s, la Junta Directiva y la propia organizaci\u00f3n? En parte, cada C\u00edrculo determina en qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 trabajando, qui\u00e9n est\u00e1 haciendo qu\u00e9, c\u00f3mo se est\u00e1 realizando el trabajo de acuerdo con su plan anual y sus propuestas. Los papeles necesarios para llevar a cabo el trabajo deben compartirse para que todos mejoremos en esta tarea, para que nadie se quede siempre atrapado en un papel indeseable para la mayor\u00eda de nosotros. Cada uno de nosotros asume a veces el liderazgo en determinados c\u00edrculos y trabajos, pero tambi\u00e9n cada uno desempe\u00f1a los papeles de apoyo en otras funciones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay mucho poder en las cosas sencillas, como establecer la agenda. \"Esto es lo que yo creo que es importante\". Quiz\u00e1 lo sea, pero \u00bfy si no dependiera de m\u00ed? \u00bfHar\u00eda la misma agenda? Y el anotador. A menudo pensamos que la persona que toma notas tiene menos poder, ya que teclea afanosamente para hacer el trabajo, pero no tiene el poder del que establece el orden del d\u00eda y dirige la reuni\u00f3n. Sin embargo, los anotadores pueden \"robar\" poder al ser poco escrupulosos con el registro escrito al que se puede volver y en el que se puede confiar para orientar los esfuerzos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A menudo pensamos que estas funciones \"se dan\" a los m\u00e1s adecuados. El Director Ejecutivo, el Presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n, el Director General o el Presidente tienden a asumir el papel de facilitador de la agenda. Por lo general, creemos o queremos creer que se han ganado su puesto gracias a su formaci\u00f3n y a sus a\u00f1os de experiencia, o quiz\u00e1 simplemente por ser l\u00edderes natos. Incluso podr\u00edamos decir: \"Llevan muy bien la reuni\u00f3n\". La toma de notas suele correr a cargo de un asistente, una secretaria, un becario o la persona a la que le haya tocado esa tarea ese d\u00eda. En un espacio m\u00e1s positivo, se les reconocen las verdaderas habilidades para ser capaces de captar lo que se dice de forma concisa y en tiempo real, captando todos los detalles importantes. Si encuentras a un gran anotador, \u00a1esperas que no se vaya nunca!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para compartir intencionadamente este poder y esta responsabilidad, cuando creamos nuestro C\u00edrculo General (responsable de la gobernanza), decidimos compartir estas funciones. Cada reuni\u00f3n se basa en una rotaci\u00f3n, lo que significa que nos turnamos como moderador y anotador. Cuando tenemos la oportunidad de fijar un orden del d\u00eda, consultamos un documento compartido de futuros puntos del orden del d\u00eda, nos ponemos en contacto con los dem\u00e1s para ver si est\u00e1n dispuestos a hablar sobre ese tema, gestionamos la priorizaci\u00f3n de los puntos, determinamos el calendario y facilitamos la reuni\u00f3n. Cada uno de nosotros se encarga tambi\u00e9n de tomar notas, hacer un seguimiento de las decisiones tomadas, qu\u00e9 nuevas tareas han surgido de los debates y qui\u00e9n har\u00e1 qu\u00e9 y cu\u00e1ndo. A esto lo llamamos W3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedo decirte que dudaba de que utiliz\u00e1ramos una simple rotaci\u00f3n para asignar estos papeles: \"\u00bfpero qu\u00e9 pasa con la persona a la que simplemente le gusta tomar notas y se le da bien?\". La verdad es que a todos se nos da mejor facilitar y tomar notas cuanto m\u00e1s lo hacemos. Todos aprendemos a dirigir y a escuchar desempe\u00f1ando activamente estos papeles. A veces aprendemos algo nuevo sobre nosotros mismos. No ten\u00eda muchas ganas de ser la persona que tomaba notas, pero resulta que me encanta tomar notas. Me gusta poder sintonizar y escuchar de esa manera. Y s\u00ed, es cierto que como oyente activo puede ser un reto ser tambi\u00e9n un participante de pleno derecho, as\u00ed que nos cuidamos mutuamente: cuando el que toma notas necesita intervenir y hablar, o quiz\u00e1s le toca a \u00e9l dirigir un punto del orden del d\u00eda, uno de nosotros le apoya interviniendo para tomar notas en esa secci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo esto puede parecer sencillo y no revolucionario, pero yo lo discuto. Quiz\u00e1 sea demasiado f\u00e1cil centrarse en los grandes cambios y dejar inalterados los detalles, las cosas \"menores\". \"El diablo est\u00e1 en los detalles\", como suele decirse. Through time, deep self-work, fatherhood, and connection, Micah learned to discard the self-defining term \u201cshy\u201d, understanding that he doesn\u2019t need to define himself at all, but rather is free to feel and act as he chooses in the present. With this new awareness, Micah began forging a new path. Con esta nueva conciencia, Micah empez\u00f3 a forjarse un nuevo camino.
