Se trata de un \u00e1rea delicada y hemos aprendido mucho en los \u00faltimos meses. A veces las funciones son espec\u00edficas: definimos a los administradores de la organizaci\u00f3n y asignamos responsabilidades muy claras a esas funciones; definimos a todos los miembros del equipo como Trabajadores o Trabajadores Fideicomisarios; y los miembros de nuestro consejo desempe\u00f1an funciones muy importantes en la organizaci\u00f3n como \"B\u00fahos\", proporcionando un claro apoyo direccional a \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas de nuestro trabajo. A veces la cuesti\u00f3n est\u00e1 clara, y a veces hace falta un poco de pr\u00e1ctica para comprender siquiera el reto al que nos enfrentamos. En los pr\u00f3ximos art\u00edculos analizaremos las funciones en distintos contextos. En algunos de estos art\u00edculos, compartiremos un marco pol\u00edtico claro que ya hemos puesto en marcha, y en otros art\u00edculos no tendremos una respuesta completa y en su lugar compartiremos nuestra comprensi\u00f3n hasta el momento. Como siempre, no dude en decirnos lo que piensa o hacernos preguntas. Micah grew up in Mt.Vernon, NY with a family of strong women who guided him and showed him how to work with purpose and love while serving community, as well as a father who taught him to always widen his perspective. But even with this strong foundation, he struggled with fear of the world, a lack of motivation, and what would have most likely been diagnosed as depression. Through time, deep self-work, fatherhood, and connection, Micah learned to discard the self-defining term \u201cshy\u201d, understanding that he doesn\u2019t need to define himself at all, but rather is free to feel and act as he chooses in the present. With this new awareness, Micah began forging a new path.
