Cuando empezamos, una de las primeras grandes ideas sobre este trabajo fue el enfoque no jer\u00e1rquico, es decir, un liderazgo distribuido en el que no hubiera una sola persona responsable de la toma de decisiones \"ejecutivas\". Tiene sentido, \u00bfverdad? Nos estamos convirtiendo en una organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro autodirigida por los TRABAJADORES. Sin embargo, la segunda gran idea que sigui\u00f3 casi inmediatamente a la primera fue la idea de autonom\u00eda. El liderazgo compartido es grande, pero la autonom\u00eda es un socio igualitario en este trabajo. Creemos que con nuestro nuevo sistema de liderazgo todos tendremos m\u00e1s libertad para trabajar de forma aut\u00f3noma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los c\u00edrculos son nuestra forma b\u00e1sica de organizaci\u00f3n en GWI. Todo el trabajo se hace en c\u00edrculos, y todos los c\u00edrculos tienen m\u00e1s de una persona. Autonom\u00eda no significa que una persona tome decisiones independientemente del resto del equipo; no somos silos. Por el contrario, como c\u00edrculos, somos libres de tomar las decisiones que colectivamente consideramos adecuadas para nuestro trabajo. Nadie puede venir y decirnos que tenemos que hacerlo de una manera o de otra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suena muy bien, pero tiene truco. Cuando somos nosotros los que hacemos el trabajo, se nos da la confianza radical de la organizaci\u00f3n para tomar decisiones. Cuando no somos los que hacemos el trabajo, cuando no formamos parte del c\u00edrculo, damos un paso atr\u00e1s y otorgamos esa confianza a los que s\u00ed la tienen. Nuestra norma es respetar la sabidur\u00eda de nuestros compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, y \u00e9sta es la verdadera pr\u00e1ctica de ser un WSDNP. Una pr\u00e1ctica dura, no una pr\u00e1ctica de \"acertar a la primera\".&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos tenemos ideas y opiniones y nos encanta compartirlas, y esto sigue siendo bienvenido en nuestro nuevo sistema. Ning\u00fan trabajo est\u00e1 prohibido y siempre podemos hablar con nuestros compa\u00f1eros. Sin embargo, cuando no estamos en el c\u00edrculo, s\u00f3lo podemos compartir una idea y alejarnos confiando en que el c\u00edrculo decidir\u00e1 cu\u00e1l es la mejor manera de utilizar nuestro consejo, solicitado o no. Cuando se trata de cuestiones generales relacionadas con la alineaci\u00f3n de la misi\u00f3n o el presupuesto, los fideicomisarios de los trabajadores (que somos todos, por ahora) podemos opinar. Cuando se trata de una decisi\u00f3n sobre el dise\u00f1o del programa, los socios de facilitaci\u00f3n, las estrategias de divulgaci\u00f3n o los procedimientos contables, si no est\u00e1s en el c\u00edrculo, \u00a1no depende de ti!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es dif\u00edcil, y cometemos errores todo el tiempo. Nunca ser\u00e1 perfecto, porque cada c\u00edrculo es una combinaci\u00f3n diferente de las mismas seis personas, y no podemos aislar lo que somos. Eso est\u00e1 bien, y como con todo, hacemos lo posible por mantener la pr\u00e1ctica. Pero por cada decisi\u00f3n que compartimos, tenemos que reconocer las que no compartimos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando le decimos a la gente que somos una organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro autogestionada por los trabajadores, la primera respuesta suele ser una pregunta sobre la eficacia. \"\u00bfC\u00f3mo se puede hacer algo si no hay una persona encargada de tomar la decisi\u00f3n final? \u00bfTodo el mundo tiene que opinar sobre todo?\". Y nuestra respuesta es siempre la siguiente: este trabajo es una pr\u00e1ctica constante de saber cu\u00e1ndo tomar una decisi\u00f3n y cu\u00e1ndo dar un paso atr\u00e1s, cu\u00e1ndo ofrecer una sugerencia y cu\u00e1ndo dejar ir tu idea, cu\u00e1ndo volver a comprobar y cu\u00e1ndo seguir adelante. Cuesta trabajo sostenerlo todo, pero cuando lo hacemos bien, avanzamos m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y m\u00e1s lejos, y lo hacemos todo con un sentido de integridad que parece casi revolucionario.&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lo dif\u00edcil no es el liderazgo compartido, sino el no compartido. But even with this strong foundation, he struggled with fear of the world, a lack of motivation, and what would have most likely been diagnosed as depression. Through time, deep self-work, fatherhood, and connection, Micah learned to discard the self-defining term \u201cshy\u201d, understanding that he doesn\u2019t need to define himself at all, but rather is free to feel and act as he chooses in the present. With this new awareness, Micah began forging a new path. Micah creci\u00f3 en Mt.
