{"id":2895,"date":"2019-10-08T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-10-08T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/notes-from-the-field-5\/"},"modified":"2021-05-27T22:15:31","modified_gmt":"2021-05-27T22:15:31","slug":"notes-from-the-field-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/notes-from-the-field-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Notas desde el terreno: \u00bfM\u00e1s reuniones en persona? \u00a1Bien!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Aprender un nuevo modelo para gestionar nuestra organizaci\u00f3n \u2014lo que incluye adoptar pol\u00edticas, establecer pr\u00e1cticas que favorezcan una colaboraci\u00f3n constructiva y negociar las funciones de los miembros del equipo de manera que se respeten tanto los dones e intereses individuales como las necesidades de la organizaci\u00f3n\u2014 es una tarea tit\u00e1nica! Hacer un cambio tan radical en nuestra infraestructura nos ha obligado a ampliar el alcance, la profundidad y el volumen de nuestra interacci\u00f3n entre nosotros. Antes de nuestra transici\u00f3n, nuestras reuniones de equipo completo se realizaban casi siempre a trav\u00e9s de videollamadas. Si bien estas eran productivas y ayudaban a mantener un cierto grado de conexi\u00f3n, se produc\u00eda un fortalecimiento espont\u00e1neo de nuestro equipo, tal vez impulsado por la oxitocina, cuando est\u00e1bamos f\u00edsicamente juntos. Como equipo, ahora tenemos reuniones presenciales m\u00e1s frecuentes, de medio d\u00eda o de d\u00eda completo, con el fin de contar con las condiciones \u00f3ptimas para atender el trabajo que tenemos por delante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, debido a la mayor concienciaci\u00f3n en torno a una cultura de trabajo no jer\u00e1rquica, hemos adoptado pr\u00e1cticas recomendadas durante nuestras reuniones que nos ayudan a animar a todos los miembros del equipo a hacer aportaciones en cada reuni\u00f3n. A medida que avanzamos en el orden del d\u00eda de nuestras reuniones, nuestro proceso suele consistir en dar vueltas en c\u00edrculo, dejando espacio para que cada miembro del equipo formule preguntas aclaratorias, ofrezca reacciones y respuestas, formule objeciones y d\u00e9 su consentimiento a las decisiones. A veces, este proceso nos ha parecido un poco artificial, y hemos tenido que ayudarnos mutuamente a recordar estas nuevas pr\u00e1cticas para no volver a caer en el h\u00e1bito de mantener discusiones que f\u00e1cilmente podr\u00edan volverse tangenciales, o favorecer a los miembros del equipo que son naturalmente m\u00e1s verbales en un entorno de grupo. Micah grew up in Mt.Vernon, NY with a family of strong women who guided him and showed him how to work with purpose and love while serving community, as well as a father who taught him to always widen his perspective. But even with this strong foundation, he struggled with fear of the world, a lack of motivation, and what would have most likely been diagnosed as depression. Through time, deep self-work, fatherhood, and connection, Micah learned to discard the self-defining term \u201cshy\u201d, understanding that he doesn\u2019t need to define himself at all, but rather is free to feel and act as he chooses in the present. With this new awareness, Micah began forging a new path. Micah creci\u00f3 en Mt.
