Como la luna, estoy pasando por fases en este proceso. Cuando se empez\u00f3 a hablar de nuestra transici\u00f3n a una organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro autogestionada por los trabajadores (WSDNP), \u00a1estaba entusiasmada (fase 1)! \u00a1Era el momento! Un cambio radical estaba ocurriendo aqu\u00ed mismo y yo ten\u00eda la oportunidad no s\u00f3lo de formar parte de \u00e9l, sino de ayudar a darle forma. \u00a1Hag\u00e1moslo! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entonces apareci\u00f3 un poco de miedo y empezaron a surgir preguntas (Fase 2). \u00bfQu\u00e9 aspecto tiene realmente esta transici\u00f3n? \u00bfQui\u00e9n dirige el barco? Si no hay nadie al mando, \u00bfqui\u00e9n toma las decisiones? \u00bfC\u00f3mo va a funcionar? Si va a haber la m\u00e1s m\u00ednima pugna por el poder, \u00bfc\u00f3mo vamos a trabajar? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No me malinterpretes, estoy totalmente de acuerdo con una estructura organizativa plana. La recibo con los brazos abiertos. Pero en una sociedad que se nutre de la jerarqu\u00eda, esto me resultaba un poco desalentador. Por suerte, existen recursos dedicados a este tipo de transiciones (SELC<\/a>, Michael Haber<\/a>, Generaci\u00f3n de movimientos<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Me he sumergido en la investigaci\u00f3n, en todo tipo de investigaci\u00f3n. Pero mi m\u00e9todo favorito de recopilaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n es salir al mundo y hablar directamente con la gente (Fase 3). Mucha gente ha expresado un inter\u00e9s genuino en este proceso, y ha sido un gran placer mantener conversaciones muy abiertas y honestas al respecto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But even with this strong foundation, he struggled with fear of the world, a lack of motivation, and what would have most likely been diagnosed as depression. Through time, deep self-work, fatherhood, and connection, Micah learned to discard the self-defining term \u201cshy\u201d, understanding that he doesn\u2019t need to define himself at all, but rather is free to feel and act as he chooses in the present. With this new awareness, Micah began forging a new path.
