{"id":2892,"date":"2019-09-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-09-26T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/trust-is-radical\/"},"modified":"2021-05-27T22:18:46","modified_gmt":"2021-05-27T22:18:46","slug":"trust-is-radical","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/trust-is-radical\/","title":{"rendered":"La confianza es radical"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Antes de hablar de confianza radical, analicemos la palabra radical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>rad-i-cal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\/\u02c8rad\u0259k(\u0259)l\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>adjetivo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>(especialmente de cambio o acci\u00f3n) relativo o que afecta a la naturaleza fundamental de algo; de gran alcance o exhaustivo.<\/li><li>defender o basarse en un cambio pol\u00edtico o social profundo o completo; representar o apoyar a un sector extremo o progresista de un partido pol\u00edtico.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>sustantivo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>persona que aboga por una reforma pol\u00edtica o social profunda o completa; miembro de un partido pol\u00edtico o parte de un partido que persigue tales objetivos.<\/li><li>QU\u00cdMICA: grupo de \u00e1tomos que se comportan como una unidad en una serie de compuestos.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed son aplicables todas las definiciones: cambio profundo y completo, que afecta a la naturaleza fundamental, que aboga.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Convertirse en una WSDNP requiere una confianza radical. No s\u00f3lo confianza, sino el tipo de confianza de largo alcance, revolucionaria, que implica que un grupo se comporte como una sola unidad, trabajando juntos. Es radical confiar tanto en el lugar de trabajo, es radical hacer cosas diferentes y es un reto ser diferente. \u00bfC\u00f3mo lo conseguimos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abrazar la confianza radical es dif\u00edcil. Puede resultar inc\u00f3modo. Nuestro camino, nuestro potencial y nuestro \u00e9xito dependen del colectivo. Todos nos sostenemos por igual, no hay nadie a quien seguir ni nadie a quien culpar. Lo que conocemos son los sistemas jer\u00e1rquicos. Puede que incluso sea lo \u00fanico que conocemos. Puede que no nos satisfagan del todo, pero funcionan hasta cierto punto. As\u00ed que alejarse de eso puede asustarnos y requiere que creamos que otra forma es posible y quiz\u00e1s mejor. Ah\u00ed es donde empezamos. Y como tendremos tendencia a volver a la comodidad de lo conocido, se requiere una confianza continua para seguir diciendo: \"Creo que otra forma sigue siendo posible, Otra forma es necesaria\".&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una gran parte de convertirse en WSDNP ha sido el acto de crear las pol\u00edticas como colectivo para apoyar este trabajo, de modo que cuando queramos volver a lo c\u00f3modo conocido, incluso inconscientemente, los sistemas est\u00e9n ah\u00ed para atraparnos y apoyarnos en nuestro hacer diferente, en nuestro compartir el poder. Confiar en que mis compa\u00f1eros est\u00e1n aqu\u00ed conmigo. Confiar en que no s\u00f3lo podemos hablar honestamente, sino que para que esto funcione, tenemos que hacerlo. Confiar en que los trabajadores no abusar\u00e1n del poder que tenemos. Confiar en que, diga lo que diga la pol\u00edtica, nos presentamos y mantenemos esto unido.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abrazar la confianza radical requiere pr\u00e1ctica. Para muchos, no es un comportamiento natural, sobre todo en el lugar de trabajo. Nuestros sistemas nos han entrenado para velar por nuestros propios intereses, en lugar de los del grupo. Cuando se proponen ideas, nuestro instinto es pensar: \"\u00bfC\u00f3mo me afectar\u00e1 esto a M\u00cd?\", en lugar de pensar: \"\u00bfC\u00f3mo nos afectar\u00e1 esto a NOSOTROS?\". Como cualquier otra pr\u00e1ctica, la confianza radical requiere atenci\u00f3n y diligencia para ser eficaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abrazar la confianza radical requiere comunicaci\u00f3n. En una WSDNP hay mucha autonom\u00eda. Trabajar en c\u00edrculos significa que a menudo estamos en asociaci\u00f3n, pero con mucha autonom\u00eda. La autonom\u00eda no significa que el trabajo se realice en el vac\u00edo. La asociaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 realmente ah\u00ed para apoyar el trabajo aut\u00f3nomo, no para gestionarlo o controlarlo, porque eso no vendr\u00eda de un lugar de confianza. La confianza procede de relaciones aut\u00e9nticas. Esto se cultiva con peque\u00f1os detalles, como empezar las reuniones con un \"check-in\", simplemente para ver c\u00f3mo estamos todos. Este sencillo proceso consiste en tomarse el tiempo necesario. No s\u00f3lo en nuestro trabajo, sino tambi\u00e9n en nuestros sentimientos. Cuando damos nuestro consentimiento en la toma de decisiones, tenemos que decirlo en serio.
