Tambi\u00e9n compart\u00ed una preocupaci\u00f3n: Crecemos con la sensaci\u00f3n de que hay una persona en la cima con la mayor responsabilidad. Buscamos en ella un sentido de direcci\u00f3n, sinti\u00e9ndonos aliviados de que asuma una carga adicional. Entendemos impl\u00edcitamente que las cosas funcionan as\u00ed. Tenemos que extraer lo impl\u00edcito y sustituirlo por lo expl\u00edcito. Puede que el primer intento no salga bien. Probablemente nos encontremos revirtiendo. Reeducarnos a trav\u00e9s de ciclos de pr\u00e1ctica y reflexi\u00f3n s\u00f3lo ser\u00e1 posible si encontramos la manera de renovar nuestros horarios para estar juntos como un equipo completo m\u00e1s de unas pocas horas al mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los pocos meses que llevamos en este viaje, hemos pasado mucho m\u00e1s tiempo juntos. Ahora hemos aplanado un poco la jerarqu\u00eda que ten\u00eda nuestro peque\u00f1o equipo. Ya no tenemos una persona que desempe\u00f1e el papel de Director Ejecutivo. Al explicar este cambio a nosotros mismos y a los dem\u00e1s, decimos: nuestro C\u00edrculo General, formado por todos los trabajadores, es el Director Ejecutivo, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Consejo, o la forma en que nuestra estructura proporciona gobernanza y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas hace las veces de Director Ejecutivo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por defecto, confiamos en las personas que desempe\u00f1an el papel de ED para mantener la visi\u00f3n y proporcionar direcci\u00f3n hacia ella. Me encontr\u00e9 dando vueltas a la pregunta de c\u00f3mo funcionar\u00e1 el liderazgo para nosotros. Cuando la pregunta surgi\u00f3 en conversaciones con colegas, surgieron ideas. Matt comparti\u00f3 que los l\u00edderes, bas\u00e1ndose en su experiencia y en el respeto que se han ganado, tratan de honrar la totalidad y ofrecer orientaci\u00f3n e inspiraci\u00f3n compasivas como un regalo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una conversaci\u00f3n con Micah sobre las muchas razones por las que las personas de color suelen estar infrarrepresentadas en los puestos de liderazgo, hablamos de c\u00f3mo el modelo WSDNP nos da la oportunidad de compartir tanto la oportunidad como la carga del liderazgo. But even with this strong foundation, he struggled with fear of the world, a lack of motivation, and what would have most likely been diagnosed as depression. Through time, deep self-work, fatherhood, and connection, Micah learned to discard the self-defining term \u201cshy\u201d, understanding that he doesn\u2019t need to define himself at all, but rather is free to feel and act as he chooses in the present. With this new awareness, Micah began forging a new path.
