En mi opini\u00f3n, el mayor problema al que se enfrenta nuestra especie es c\u00f3mo manejar el poder. Hasta ahora no lo hemos hecho muy bien. Somos j\u00f3venes, inmaduros y por eso actuamos de forma irresponsable cuando ejercemos el poder. Es raro el humano que no lo hace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una WSDNP es una forma de jugar con el poder de otra manera. Necesitamos otras formas de hacerlo en nuestras vidas, en nuestros hogares, con nuestras parejas, como padres, y tambi\u00e9n en el lugar de trabajo. Demonios, incluso c\u00f3mo nos presentamos en la cola del supermercado.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Veo que el liderazgo compartido funciona en todo tipo de lugares. Veo que funciona de forma org\u00e1nica. Cada vez m\u00e1s, formo parte de grupos de trabajo que comparten maravillosamente el trabajo y cocrean eventos, reuniones y todo el proceso de toma de decisiones. Esto es muy alentador. \u00bfQuiz\u00e1s una idea a la que le ha llegado su hora?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n es una idea f\u00e1cil de poner en duda. Hay un sinf\u00edn de historias de comunas fracasadas, de atolladeros de consenso, de proyectos que no llegaron a ninguna parte. Alguien te dice: \"Oh... eso. Eso no funciona\". Conozco a unas personas que intentaron algo as\u00ed. Pero despu\u00e9s de un par de a\u00f1os todo se vino abajo\". O: \"S\u00ed, pero \u00bfqui\u00e9n est\u00e1 arriba? Al final tiene que haber un l\u00edder\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creo que as\u00ed de arraigados est\u00e1n los sistemas actuales. Est\u00e1n tan arraigados en nuestra forma de pensar y nos abarcan tan completamente que es probable que fracasemos. No soy de los que creen que podamos liberarnos tan f\u00e1cilmente de nuestras cadenas. No dir\u00e9 que las formas cooperativas de ser son tan intr\u00ednsecas a nuestra naturaleza que est\u00e1n destinadas a funcionar. Ojal\u00e1 fuera tan f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es mucho trabajo intentar convertirlo todo en pol\u00edtica. Es algo que veo que ocurre de forma org\u00e1nica. Pero s\u00e9 que para que esto funcione a largo plazo es necesario trabajar para crear una estructura de apoyo. Tambi\u00e9n creo que esta puede ser la parte f\u00e1cil. Pero en cualquier caso, cambiar nuestra relaci\u00f3n con el poder lo es todo. Es el trabajo m\u00e1s importante que podemos hacer.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

But even with this strong foundation, he struggled with fear of the world, a lack of motivation, and what would have most likely been diagnosed as depression. Through time, deep self-work, fatherhood, and connection, Micah learned to discard the self-defining term \u201cshy\u201d, understanding that he doesn\u2019t need to define himself at all, but rather is free to feel and act as he chooses in the present. With this new awareness, Micah began forging a new path.
