Vonda es miembro del GWI y residente en Beacon, Nueva York. Tambi\u00e9n aporta una incre\u00edble visi\u00f3n y experiencia al Instituto del Buen Trabajo, especialmente a medida que profundizamos en nuestro trabajo sobre el clima y la ecolog\u00eda en el contexto de un sistema econ\u00f3mico roto que sigue da\u00f1ando a ambos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente trabaja con la Iniciativa para la Inversi\u00f3n Responsable del Centro de Liderazgo P\u00fablico de la Harvard Kennedy School. En colaboraci\u00f3n con el Instituto Grantham de la LSE, est\u00e1 lanzando un<br>proyecto sobre Inversi\u00f3n en la Transici\u00f3n Justa, cuyo objetivo es construir una econom\u00eda de energ\u00eda limpia que funcione para las comunidades y los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anteriormente, fue directora del Programa de Administraci\u00f3n de Capital del Sindicato Internacional de Empleados de Servicios (SEIU). Vonda fue fideicomisaria del Plan de Pensiones SEIU Master Trust y miembro de la junta del Consejo de Inversores Institucionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de incorporarse a SEIU, Vonda fue cofundadora de dos organizaciones comunitarias dedicadas al desarrollo del liderazgo y el cambio comunitario y trabaj\u00f3 en iniciativas de financiaci\u00f3n comunitaria en la Universidad de New Hampshire y el<br>Harvard Business School. Micah grew up in Mt.Vernon, NY with a family of strong women who guided him and showed him how to work with purpose and love while serving community, as well as a father who taught him to always widen his perspective. But even with this strong foundation, he struggled with fear of the world, a lack of motivation, and what would have most likely been diagnosed as depression. Through time, deep self-work, fatherhood, and connection, Micah learned to discard the self-defining term \u201cshy\u201d, understanding that he doesn\u2019t need to define himself at all, but rather is free to feel and act as he chooses in the present. With this new awareness, Micah began forging a new path. Micah creci\u00f3 en Mt.
