Al d\u00eda siguiente, les dije a mi familia y a mis colegas que me sent\u00eda transformado por la experiencia. Hab\u00eda tanta naturalidad y amplitud en la conversaci\u00f3n de Micah con B\u00e1y\u00f2, que cada giro de la charla se sent\u00eda como una sorpresa. B\u00e1y\u00f2 habl\u00f3 mucho sobre <em>las grietas<\/em>, los espacios fuera de los sistemas extractivos en los que nos encontramos, los espacios que no prevemos, donde podemos descubrir algo nuevo si nos abrimos a ello, descubrir la belleza en lugares que nunca antes hab\u00edamos visto. Debemos permitirnos volver a sorprendernos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En febrero, organizamos una charla con el periodista y escritor <a href=\"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/the-right-of-the-people-an-author-talk-with-osita-nwanevu\/\">Osita Nwanevu<\/a> \u2013 otro tema que me ha estado dando vueltas en la cabeza. Tanto Osita como B\u00e1y\u00f2 hablaron de que no se trata solo de luchar contra el sistema o de ser \u201canti\u201d algo, sino de crear realmente algo nuevo, un sistema mejor; de construir nuevas formas de convivir, de trabajar juntos, de formar parte de una comunidad. Da miedo no saber c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 eso ni c\u00f3mo llegar exactamente hasta all\u00ed. Sabemos que nuestros viejos marcos y sistemas actuales son da\u00f1inos y extractivos, y que la \u00fanica esperanza que tenemos para avanzar es construir algo radicalmente diferente.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es el trabajo que hacemos en GWI: la ardua tarea de cambiar los sistemas, apoyar a la comunidad de todas las formas posibles, grandes y peque\u00f1as, a trav\u00e9s del patrocinio fiscal, la programaci\u00f3n y la facilitaci\u00f3n; ayudar a las organizaciones y los proyectos a colaborar de manera diferente, y ofrecer un espacio para que la gente se re\u00fana y cree en el Greenhouse. Me siento agradecida y orgullosa de estar aqu\u00ed, en este momento, contribuyendo a mi manera a trazar un camino diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de escuchar a B\u00e1y\u00f2, mi esposo me coment\u00f3 que le gustar\u00eda decirle a todo el mundo que simplemente intentara hacer algo diferente cada d\u00eda, por peque\u00f1o que pareciera: recorrer una ruta diferente, aprender una palabra nueva, escuchar una canci\u00f3n nueva.
