Como dice Susan: \"Una pr\u00e1ctica regular de revisar el trabajo juntos en un esp\u00edritu de co-aprendizaje -en lugar de en un esp\u00edritu de encontrar fallos o emitir juicios- fortalece una cultura de aprendizaje y genera confianza.\" Lo hacemos internamente despu\u00e9s de nuestros talleres o eventos y a menudo pedimos a los participantes que tambi\u00e9n lo hagan. A veces es tan sencillo como pedirnos a nosotros mismos o a los dem\u00e1s que completen tres frases: \"Me he dado cuenta... me ha gustado... y me gustar\u00eda...\".&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde principios de 2023, hemos empezado a asesorar m\u00e1s activamente a otras organizaciones en la democratizaci\u00f3n de su trabajo. A veces esto toma la forma de una relaci\u00f3n continua y otras veces es un solo taller. Este es mi resumen de esta parte creciente de nuestro trabajo, utilizando el sencillo marco que acabo de mencionar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Algo que me ha gustado: En un taller reciente, creo que pudimos ayudar a desatascar din\u00e1micas y tensiones proporcionando herramientas y pr\u00e1cticas que permiten una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s clara y m\u00e1s expl\u00edcita sobre d\u00f3nde est\u00e1 el poder y c\u00f3mo se toman las decisiones.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hay algo que he observado: Cada vez m\u00e1s gente est\u00e1 interesada en una alineaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda de su funcionamiento interno y su trabajo externo. Tambi\u00e9n me he dado cuenta de que cuando ejercemos el poder podemos ser susceptibles de tener puntos ciegos que nos dificultan ver los efectos del poder que tenemos sobre los dem\u00e1s.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hay algo que deseo (y es un gran deseo): Deseo que nosotros, como especie, cambiemos nuestra relaci\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s y con toda la vida, cambiando nuestra relaci\u00f3n con el poder. Veo que nuestro mal uso del poder es la clave de c\u00f3mo nos tratamos unos a otros y a las dem\u00e1s formas de vida de nuestro planeta.
