Adem\u00e1s de nuestros talleres y sesiones de coaching, hemos a\u00f1adido <a href=\"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/events\/navigating-conflict-alumni-mixer\/\">eventos sociales<\/a> para folxs que han participado en nuestra serie de talleres centrados en <a href=\"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/events\/democratizing-work-ways-of-sharing-power-leadership-and-decision-making-1-of-3-2\/\">Democratizar el trabajo<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/events\/navigating-conflict-communication-skills-for-working-together-session-2-of-7\/\">Navegar por los conflictos<\/a>. Estos actos est\u00e1n concebidos para que los asistentes se diviertan, se apoyen y se pongan en contacto con otras personas que realizan una labor similar de capacitaci\u00f3n en toda la regi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el punto de vista interno, estos son tiempos apasionantes para GWI, ya que estamos ampliando tanto nuestro equipo como nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/gwi-welcomes-three-new-board-members\/\">junta directiva<\/a>\u00a1! Cuando tomamos la decisi\u00f3n de pasar de una organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro jer\u00e1rquica a una organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro autodirigida por los trabajadores, creamos un sistema de gobierno y liderazgo compartidos que no s\u00f3lo sirve a las necesidades de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n y de la comunidad, sino que honra nuestros talentos como individuos. Han pasado cuatro a\u00f1os desde que tomamos esa decisi\u00f3n colectiva y, dado que estamos en medio de la mayor expansi\u00f3n de equipo que hemos tenido nunca, nos pareci\u00f3 el momento adecuado para unirnos en torno a un entendimiento compartido de nuestras pol\u00edticas, pr\u00e1cticas y cultura.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En apoyo de este proceso de ampliaci\u00f3n y contrataci\u00f3n, el c\u00edrculo Democratizar el Trabajo asumi\u00f3 dos tareas principales:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dise\u00f1ar un proceso para la incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevos trabajadores que les oriente sobre nuestra cultura y pr\u00e1cticas.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dise\u00f1ar un taller de liderazgo compartido para nuestra junta directiva que apoye su colaboraci\u00f3n entre s\u00ed y con los trabajadores de GWI.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Queremos que todos los miembros de nuestro equipo, incluidos los de la junta directiva, conozcan nuestras pol\u00edticas, pr\u00e1cticas y cultura, y que comprendan claramente las funciones y responsabilidades que tienen dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n y entre s\u00ed. Se trata de una esfera de trabajo no necesariamente exclusiva de una organizaci\u00f3n que practica el gobierno compartido, pero creemos que nuestra forma de trabajar nos ayuda a ser expl\u00edcitos sobre el poder. Queremos ser conscientes de las decisiones que tomamos y asegurarnos de que nuestras pr\u00e1cticas nos permiten escuchar realmente a todos.
