Buscamos personas que estuvieran alineadas con nuestros principios y pr\u00e1cticas, que representaran la demograf\u00eda de nuestra creciente comunidad GWI y que nos apoyaran y guiaran con un enfoque centrado en el coraz\u00f3n. A lo largo de los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os, los distintos puestos que ha ocupado Allison la han preparado con un conocimiento firme y completo del mundo de las marcas y el marketing. En 2013, Allison dej\u00f3 su puesto de Directora Creativa en el Royal Bank of Scotland para unirse a la empresa de cuidado de la piel multiusos LIMEGREEN. Con LIMEGREEN, Allison tuvo la incre\u00edble oportunidad de utilizar sus conocimientos de branding y mostrar su personalidad impulsada para desarrollar un negocio de \u00e9xito. Allison vive en Newburgh, NY, pero permanece fuertemente conectada a sus ra\u00edces en Brooklyn, NY, y Carolina del Norte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>David Brownstein<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de doce a\u00f1os trabajando como asesor de patrimonio privado en Wall Street, en 2002 David se libr\u00f3 milagrosamente de este trabajo que mataba el alma y volvi\u00f3 a casa a New Paltz con su familia para realizar el sue\u00f1o de su vida: compartir plenamente el cuidado y la crianza de sus tres hijos y crear una peque\u00f1a granja familiar. A lo largo de los a\u00f1os, la familia Brownstein (Three Suns Farm) ha criado vacas lecheras, cabras, gallinas, abejas y frutas y verduras de temporada. En 2004, David cofund\u00f3 Wild Earth, una organizaci\u00f3n local sin \u00e1nimo de lucro con el objetivo de regenerar una cultura comunitaria viva centrada en la conexi\u00f3n con la naturaleza. David fue su Director Ejecutivo durante casi 20 a\u00f1os, hasta 2023. Hoy en d\u00eda, David sigue alcanzando su visi\u00f3n, ahora a trav\u00e9s de su empresa Root Connections (<a href=\"http:\/\/rootconnections.org\/\">rootconnections.org<\/a>); ofrece asesoramiento, coaching y colaboraci\u00f3n basados en el lugar, en las relaciones y en la creaci\u00f3n de aldeas para el trabajo y la vida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kate Cox<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kate es Directora de Desarrollo de Bard Prison Initiative y ha estado con BPI desde 2019. Antes de BPI, Kate trabaj\u00f3 como asesora de desarrollo de capacidades para el New York Council on Nonprofits y pas\u00f3 muchos a\u00f1os apoyando la radio p\u00fablica comunitaria y nacional y otros esfuerzos de narraci\u00f3n de historias. Kate complet\u00f3 una Maestr\u00eda en Trabajo Social de la Universidad de Tulane en 2017 y tiene 2 d\u00e9cadas de experiencia en todo el sector sin fines de lucro, en filantrop\u00eda, desarrollo de capacidades, planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y gesti\u00f3n de proyectos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Fundado en 2015, The Good Work Institute es una organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro autogestionada por trabajadores, con sede en Mahicantuck \/ Hudson Valley de Nueva York.
