Para avanzar hacia una econom\u00eda gobernada por lo que llamamos \"democracia profunda\", tendremos que saber c\u00f3mo practicarla. Pasamos la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo en el trabajo, as\u00ed que \u00bfqu\u00e9 mejor lugar que nuestro lugar de trabajo para aprender a practicar la democracia y trabajar por una Transici\u00f3n Justa?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empezamos nuestro viaje de liderazgo compartido en GWI hace 4 a\u00f1os. Cuando se lo contamos a la gente, nos asaltaron las dudas y las preguntas: \u00bffuncionar\u00e1 realmente y c\u00f3mo?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra experiencia estos d\u00edas es diferente, hay un zumbido en el que estamos entusiasmados de estar, como lugar de trabajo que practica y promueve la democracia. Compartir lo que hemos aprendido nos permite comprometernos m\u00e1s profundamente con la gente que se inclina hacia este trabajo con curiosidad. Escuchamos historias de lo que se est\u00e1 practicando y de los cambios positivos que se est\u00e1n produciendo. Salimos de las sesiones de formaci\u00f3n o coaching con energ\u00eda para alcanzar nuevas posibilidades en nuestro pensamiento y pr\u00e1ctica, fortaleci\u00e9ndonos mutuamente a medida que hacemos realidad la democracia en nuestras relaciones laborales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He aqu\u00ed algunos ejemplos de c\u00f3mo hemos compartido este trabajo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En marzo es la quinta vez que ofrecemos un <a href=\"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/events\/democratizing-work-ways-of-sharing-power-leadership-and-decision-making-1-of-3\/\">serie de tres talleres<\/a> en colaboraci\u00f3n con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coophv.org\/\">Angela DeFelice de Co-op Hudson Valley<\/a> para ayudar a las organizaciones a encontrar peque\u00f1as y grandes formas de compartir el poder, el liderazgo y la toma de decisiones en el trabajo. M\u00e1s de 170 participantes de m\u00e1s de 50 organizaciones han asistido a estos talleres. Nos hemos inspirado al presenciar o escuchar historias de cambios realizados por organizaciones como <a href=\"https:\/\/wildearth.org\/\">Tierra salvaje<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/landtolearn.org\/\">Tierra para aprender<\/a> a medida que toman las herramientas ofrecidas y las ponen en pr\u00e1ctica entre sus trabajadores y miembros del Consejo.\u00a0<\/li><li>Desde 2020, hemos servido como socio informal de pensamiento y recurso de toque ligero para una serie de organizaciones. Este a\u00f1o, nos embarcamos en nuestra primera relaci\u00f3n formal de coaching con la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.farmproject.org\/\">Proyecto de granja en Poughkeepsie<\/a> (PFP). Despu\u00e9s de que la PFP participara en la serie de talleres, la organizaci\u00f3n experiment\u00f3 cambios internos que consolidaron su deseo de avanzar hacia un liderazgo m\u00e1s compartido. La buena noticia es que es posible desarrollar habilidades y herramientas para aprovechar el potencial generativo del conflicto. Este mes terminamos nuestra sexta edici\u00f3n del curso de <a href=\"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/events\/navigating-conflict-communication-skills-for-working-together-session-2-of-7\/\">Navegar por los conflictos Curso de 7 semanas<\/a> en colaboraci\u00f3n con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nicolebauman.com\/\">Nicole Bauman<\/a>. Esta vez hemos centrado la serie m\u00e1s directamente en c\u00f3mo las habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n no violenta pueden aplicarse a las relaciones laborales.
