Si tiendes a hablar mucho, adopta el papel de escuchar m\u00e1s. El 'arriba\/arriba' confirma que en ambas experiencias se est\u00e1 produciendo crecimiento\".&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Cuando GWI organiza un espacio de aprendizaje e invita a los participantes a \"avanzar, avanzar\", hacemos hincapi\u00e9 en empezar por ser conscientes de nuestras tendencias. Si te das cuenta de que tiendes a contenerte, puedes plantearte compartir tu punto de vista tan abiertamente como te sientas c\u00f3modo. Si te das cuenta de que te resulta f\u00e1cil compartir, puedes elegir cu\u00e1ndo hablar y cu\u00e1ndo avanzar hacia una pr\u00e1ctica de escucha activa, d\u00e1ndote cuenta tambi\u00e9n de c\u00f3mo se comparten el tiempo, el espacio y la voz. Esta invitaci\u00f3n a observar y tomar conciencia se basa en la verdad de que, en cualquier espacio compartido, no todos procedemos del mismo entorno, ni tenemos acceso a niveles similares de recursos, ni compartimos las mismas perspectivas, ni tenemos pasados similares. Es una invitaci\u00f3n a ser conscientes de que llevamos nuestras diferencias e historias \u00fanicas a cada espacio en el que entramos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La palabra \"consciente\" nos recuerda que gran parte del trabajo para compartir el poder equilibrando las voces es silencioso e interno.<\/strong> Ser consciente de tus tendencias te permite tomar decisiones para estirarte y crecer de la forma en que est\u00e1s llamado a hacerlo y que apoye al grupo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Escuchar activamente puede no ser f\u00e1cil de ver, pero su atenci\u00f3n a menudo se puede sentir. Si <a href=\"https:\/\/psychcentral.com\/lib\/become-a-better-listener-active-listening#active-listening-steps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">escucha activa<\/a> no es tu tendencia, puede que necesites practicar para desarrollar una capacidad fiable de presencia, aprovechando la quietud interior y calmada o la receptividad abierta. De vez en cuando, en nuestras reuniones, nos recordamos expl\u00edcitamente que nuestra intenci\u00f3n de equilibrar las voces puede venir en forma de disposici\u00f3n a dejar que otro diga su verdad, y cuando le toca a alguien compartirla, no es raro o\u00edrle decir: \"mi verdad ya ha sido dicha\".\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del trabajo interior de equilibrar las voces, hay formas vocales y externas de practicar el equilibrio de las voces que un facilitador o un participante pueden fomentar. Puedes hacer una pausa, ir m\u00e1s despacio y tomar la decisi\u00f3n de reflexionar, en lugar de reaccionar o responder, a los comentarios de otra persona haciendo una pregunta aclaratoria o diciendo: \"Te he o\u00eddo decir xyz. \u00bfEs eso lo que quer\u00edas decir?\". O puedes decir que hemos o\u00eddo unas voces m\u00e1s que otras sobre un tema concreto o en una reuni\u00f3n en general. Una posible medida es invitar a los que no han hablado a que compartan algo si les apetece. Otra es iniciar una ronda de intervenciones, en la que cada persona disponga de un espacio para hacer comentarios, sobre todo si su voz ha sido m\u00e1s baja, o para pasar, sobre todo si han hablado m\u00e1s a menudo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para aquellos que tienden a contenerse incluso cuando tienen algo que compartir, la pr\u00e1ctica es el camino m\u00e1s seguro para que les resulte m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil compartir abiertamente.
