Naci\u00f3 y creci\u00f3 en Newburgh, NY. Tiene un t\u00edtulo de Asociado en Marketing y Gesti\u00f3n de Moda de Berkeley College y una Licenciatura en Servicios Humanos de Mount St. Mary College. Tambi\u00e9n es Coach de Vida Certificada y obtendr\u00e1 una Maestr\u00eda en Trabajo Social, de la Universidad Adelphi, en mayo de 2019. Taeshira tiene una pasi\u00f3n por el activismo juvenil y el empoderamiento, ayudando a los j\u00f3venes a crear planes que los lleven desde donde est\u00e1n, hasta donde quieren estar. Su visi\u00f3n es empoderar a los j\u00f3venes para prosperar frente a la adversidad, a trav\u00e9s de programas educativos.
