Ha trabajado durante casi una d\u00e9cada en editoriales y organizaciones sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, y ha colaborado con numerosas publicaciones y organizaciones, como ARTnews, el Museo de Arte Moderno y la revista KINDER. Est\u00e1 comprometida con el apoyo a los artistas infrarrepresentados y utiliza su plataforma en wip_projects (wip-projects.com) para mantener la viabilidad profesional de las actividades creativas. Frances tambi\u00e9n participa en organizaciones como el Female Design Council y Art + Feminism que amplifican el trabajo de artistas cuyas carreras a menudo se pasan por alto.
