Me interesa ser consciente de uno mismo. Desde este lugar de presencia, las partes de m\u00ed que admiro pueden brillar y las partes de m\u00ed que no brillan tanto tambi\u00e9n tienen su lugar. Creo que mi verdadero yo (y el de todos) es puro amor amable. Toda la pr\u00e1ctica, el estudio y la ense\u00f1anza que llevo a cabo tienen este fin: conocer mi verdadero yo. Esto es lo que tengo para compartir en mis clases de yoga: mi yo imperfecto, mi yo brillante y mi dedicaci\u00f3n a trabajar y explorar todos los aspectos del yoga. Mi ense\u00f1anza es informado por mi pr\u00e1ctica diaria de yoga en curso y el estudio continuo en el campo de la salud y el bienestar. Complet\u00e9 mis estudios en el Instituto de Nutrici\u00f3n Integrativa. A partir de ah\u00ed, me form\u00e9 en el Ashram Sivanada y en el Centro de Meditaci\u00f3n Osho en la India. Pas\u00e9 4 a\u00f1os en Ananda Ashram; inmersa en el estudio y empezando a ense\u00f1ar yoga. En 2008 co-fund\u00e9 Mudita. Recientemente, complet\u00e9 un a\u00f1o de estudio de Yoga Anataomy y me certifiqu\u00e9 como Profesora de Yoga en las Escuelas Kripalu.
