Mi trabajo se caracteriza por la creaci\u00f3n de programas innovadores y experiencias de aprendizaje que superan las m\u00e9tricas, al tiempo que ayudan a otros a darse cuenta de c\u00f3mo maximizar sus talentos y potencial \u00fanicos dentro del \u00e1mbito de la base com\u00fan que compartimos. Mis \"Top Five\" son: WOO, Comunicaci\u00f3n, Positividad, Conexi\u00f3n y Estrategia.
