La misi\u00f3n del Centro Sylvia (TSC) es inspirar a los j\u00f3venes y sus familias a comer bien a trav\u00e9s de experiencias pr\u00e1cticas de aprendizaje en la granja y en la cocina. Jenn empez\u00f3 a trabajar en el restaurante de sus padres a los 10 a\u00f1os y nunca ha conocido un momento en el que la comida no fuera el centro de su vida. Como hija de inmigrantes, se ha visto profundamente influenciada por el papel que desempe\u00f1a la comida en la ense\u00f1anza de valores y cultura. Tiene m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada de experiencia trabajando en el mundo de la comida en diversas capacidades: en restaurantes, catering de pel\u00edculas, startups y educaci\u00f3n culinaria.
