Martin lleva m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os en Hawthorne Valley. Durante ese tiempo ha ense\u00f1ado artes pr\u00e1cticas en el instituto, ha sido director de instalaciones y ha ejercido como director de proyectos en nuevas construcciones. Durante los \u00faltimos 13 a\u00f1os como Director Ejecutivo, Martin ha equilibrado su tiempo desarrollando las relaciones de trabajo entre las diversas empresas de la Asociaci\u00f3n y 190 compa\u00f1eros de trabajo con el cultivo de relaciones de colaboraci\u00f3n entre Hawthorne Valley y otras organizaciones en la regi\u00f3n de Hudson\/Berkshire, as\u00ed como iniciativas a nivel nacional y mundial.
