Tras su paso por Americorps, Just Food y Red Jacket, decidi\u00f3 crear el trabajo de sus sue\u00f1os: con un coche de alquiler y sin formaci\u00f3n empresarial, puso en marcha Local Roots NYC. Local Roots NYC pone en contacto a los neoyorquinos con productos ecol\u00f3gicos reci\u00e9n recolectados y peque\u00f1os lotes de provisiones de granjas locales. Apoyamos a los agricultores locales, a los peque\u00f1os productores y a los artesanos a trav\u00e9s de nuestro programa de alimentos CSA y de nuestro mercado tradicional.
