Mont\u00f3 su primer economato en Union City, Nueva Jersey, y en solo 2 a\u00f1os, Nuchas pas\u00f3 del m\u00e1s absoluto anonimato a conseguir un codiciado local en pleno Times Square. En 2013 el Cami\u00f3n Nuchas gan\u00f3 el Premio Vendy al Novato del A\u00f1o, en 2014 fueron galardonados con el Premio del P\u00fablico, y en 2015 Nuchas ampli\u00f3 sus operaciones, abriendo un economato propio de 8000 pies cuadrados USDA.
