Abierto a organizaciones, cooperativas, departamentos, grupos de trabajo y comit\u00e9s, este taller se ofrece como una serie de tres sesiones en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00danase al Good Work Institute y a Co-op Hudson Valley mientras exploramos las herramientas, pol\u00edticas, pr\u00e1cticas, cultura, marcos y modelos de liderazgo compartido y toma de decisiones democr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta serie de tres partes, nos adentraremos en los entresijos de las herramientas, pol\u00edticas y pr\u00e1cticas que apoyan la toma de decisiones democr\u00e1tica, y debatiremos los tipos de cambios relacionales que facilitan una cultura de liderazgo compartido. Exploraremos el contexto m\u00e1s amplio del liderazgo compartido, incluidas las motivaciones, los marcos y los modelos aplicables a distintos tipos de organizaciones, tanto empresariales como sin \u00e1nimo de lucro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2019, el equipo de Good Work Institute tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n colectiva de pasar de una organizaci\u00f3n jer\u00e1rquica a una organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro autodirigida por los trabajadores.
