Cuando particip\u00e9 en un Estructuras liberadoras<\/a> taller hace unos a\u00f1os, me encontr\u00e9 con un fuerte y resonante \u00e9nfasis en la importancia del prop\u00f3sito<\/strong>. Afirmaron que no tener claro el prop\u00f3sito de su grupo, o incluso s\u00f3lo para una reuni\u00f3n, desperdicia mucho tiempo y energ\u00eda. Advirtieron del peligro de que un grupo avance sin un prop\u00f3sito convincente, se\u00f1alando que \"se desatan m\u00e1s libertad y m\u00e1s responsabilidad\" cuando un grupo \"descubre un prop\u00f3sito compartido inequ\u00edvoco\". <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La idea clave es que el propio grupo debe co-crear y articular su prop\u00f3sito a trav\u00e9s de un proceso de descubrimiento. \"Descubrir\" es, de hecho, el t\u00e9rmino adecuado; en lugar de que el prop\u00f3sito de un grupo se genere de antemano, es el propio grupo el que lo revela y determina. Este proceso de descubrimiento emergente es una forma de unir a la gente, de nombrar el \"por qu\u00e9\" del trabajo y de hacer que los miembros del grupo se unan. impl\u00edcito expl\u00edcito<\/a>para que no partamos de supuestos no examinados ni de definiciones superficiales de los objetivos del trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para lograrlo, el taller ofreci\u00f3 una herramienta sencilla y refrescante para aclarar el prop\u00f3sito de un grupo: 9 porqu\u00e9s<\/a>. He utilizado esta herramienta varias veces. El plan de facilitaci\u00f3n que ofrecemos a continuaci\u00f3n ha sido adaptado de Liberating Structures para que puedas dedicar 30 minutos a guiar a tu grupo a trav\u00e9s de este ejercicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La herramienta de los 9 porqu\u00e9s se basa en la creencia de que un prop\u00f3sito poderoso atrae la participaci\u00f3n, impulsa la difusi\u00f3n de una iniciativa y tiene dos atributos esenciales: una piedra de toque de prop\u00f3sito personal claro para cada individuo y una justificaci\u00f3n fundamental para el trabajo del grupo en la comunidad en general. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Los animadores de Liberating Stuctures animan a los grupos a trabajar en una \u00fanica frase que justifique poderosamente el trabajo del grupo ante los dem\u00e1s: \"Existimos para_______\". Y, al mismo tiempo, reconocemos que un buen prop\u00f3sito nunca est\u00e1 cerrado; puede hacerse \"din\u00e1micamente incompleto invitando a todos a hacer aportaciones y a conformar mutuamente la comprensi\u00f3n de la necesidad m\u00e1s profunda de su trabajo.\" <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan Estructuras liberadoras<\/a>Las grandes preguntas del POR QU\u00c9 \"indagan en la esencia o la necesidad m\u00e1s profunda de tus actividades. Generar un peque\u00f1o n\u00famero de respuestas claras puede ayudarte a avanzar juntos con m\u00e1s velocidad.\" <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estamos de acuerdo con esta conclusi\u00f3n: Dotados de una claridad real en torno a POR QU\u00c9 <\/strong>el grupo existe, imaginando colectivamente C\u00d3MO<\/strong> proceder se hace mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este ejercicio se utiliza para generar claridad en torno al prop\u00f3sito compartido en un grupo de trabajo o equipo. Puedes adaptarlo y utilizarlo regularmente para aclarar tambi\u00e9n la intenci\u00f3n que hay detr\u00e1s de proyectos concretos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EN PAREJAS - 10 minutos
Cada persona de una pareja entrevista a su compa\u00f1ero durante 5 minutos. El entrevistador empieza con una pregunta del tipo: 

Cuando la iniciativa es nueva:<\/em>
Piense en el potencial de {nombre de la iniciativa}. T\u00f3mate 30 segundos para anotar algunas cosas que te vengan a la mente. Mirando tu lista, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 {uno o m\u00e1s puntos de la lista} son importantes para ti?<\/strong>

Cuando el grupo ya lleva un tiempo trabajando junto:<\/em>
Pensar en lo que {nombre de la iniciativa}<\/strong> hace. T\u00f3mate 30 segundos para anotar algunas cosas que te vengan a la mente. Mirando tu lista, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 {uno o m\u00e1s elementos de la lista}<\/strong> importante para usted?<\/strong>

Tras la respuesta inicial, el entrevistador busca suavemente una respuesta m\u00e1s profunda preguntando: 

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 que<\/em> importante para usted? <\/strong>

El entrevistador escucha activamente, profundizando cada vez m\u00e1s preguntando \"\u00bfPor qu\u00e9? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9?\" hasta nueve veces o hasta que su interlocutor no pueda profundizar m\u00e1s porque ha alcanzado el prop\u00f3sito personal fundamental para este trabajo. Registre una breve declaraci\u00f3n de prop\u00f3sito personal. 

Despu\u00e9s de unos 5 minutos, cambia los papeles y repite.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
EN PEQUE\u00d1OS GRUPOS DE CUATRO - 10 minutos

Cada pareja comparte la experiencia y los puntos de vista con otra pareja. El peque\u00f1o grupo debate:

\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencias y similitudes observamos?
\u00bfQu\u00e9 importancia tiene para la comunidad en general?<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
CON TODO EL GRUPO - 10 minutos:

Cada peque\u00f1o grupo comparte sus ideas con todo el grupo. El grupo entero debate: 

\u00bfQu\u00e9 prop\u00f3sito compartido est\u00e1 surgiendo? 
\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 nosotros y otros comprometer\u00edamos nuestro tiempo y otros recursos? <\/strong>

El grupo registra una breve declaraci\u00f3n del prop\u00f3sito compartido. Podr\u00eda tener el formato de:
