Estos dos padres de alumnos del Distrito se unieron a otros y naci\u00f3 OnPAR (Arlington Partners Against Racism). Nuestros invitados comparten sus historias de c\u00f3mo se cataliz\u00f3 esta organizaci\u00f3n de base y sus muchas iniciativas de \u00e9xito que se han ramificado para influir en otros distritos escolares de todo el condado de Dutchess. Tambi\u00e9n comparten la sabidur\u00eda de su experiencia como activistas antirracistas comprometidos. Para ellos, este trabajo es emocional, integral y continuo. Aunque requiere un esfuerzo constante, tambi\u00e9n incluye momentos de posibilidad, significado, belleza y alegr\u00eda.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como directora y notaria de Dutchess Outreach, Nyhisha Gibbs desempe\u00f1a la funci\u00f3n de \"directora de operaciones\", ya que investiga, coordina y programa a m\u00e1s de 1.000 voluntarios al a\u00f1o para que presten sus servicios y apoyen los programas de Dutchess Outreach. Nativa de East New York, Brooklyn, reside en Mid-Hudson Valley con su c\u00f3nyuge y sus cuatro hijos. Nyhisha es licenciada en Ciencias Pol\u00edticas por la Universidad Estatal de Carolina del Norte en Raleigh y tiene un m\u00e1ster en Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica por el John Jay College of Criminal Justice de Nueva York.
