Este taller nos invita a afrontar con valent\u00eda la incomodidad de la disonancia cognitiva al reconocer la desalineaci\u00f3n entre nuestras acciones y nuestros ideales. Esta mirada honesta aumenta nuestra conciencia de los impactos de vivir bajo sistemas de extracci\u00f3n. Examinaremos qu\u00e9 significa la disonancia cognitiva, c\u00f3mo se manifiesta en nuestras vidas y c\u00f3mo se interpone en el camino hacia el mundo regenerativo que deseamos. Desde la base, el taller nos invita a aprovechar nuestras propias fuentes de creatividad y acceder a m\u00e1s energ\u00eda para imaginar caminos compartidos y comprometernos con la acci\u00f3n colectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante este taller, se le invitar\u00e1 a explorar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Atenci\u00f3n plena y presencia corporal<\/li><li>El significado y los s\u00edntomas de la disonancia cognitiva a trav\u00e9s del marco de la Transici\u00f3n Justa<\/li><li>Notar y compartir ejemplos de c\u00f3mo se manifiesta la disonancia cognitiva en tu vida.<\/li><li>Imaginaciones en solitario de posibilidad, cambio, alineaci\u00f3n, regeneraci\u00f3n, resonancia&nbsp;<em>Nota:<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Ten a mano cualquier herramienta que ayude a tu creatividad.
