\u00bfC\u00f3mo navega por Am\u00e9rica una persona negra? \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos tomarnos el tiempo de considerar qu\u00e9 es lo que realmente hace que una persona afroamericana se sienta segura, vista y celebrada? Micah comparte su propia historia personal sobre c\u00f3mo navegar por un paisaje de racismo y nos pregunta qu\u00e9 papel estamos dispuestos a desempe\u00f1ar y qu\u00e9 acciones estamos dispuestos a emprender para crear equidad en nuestras vidas, nuestro trabajo y nuestra comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hay una gran diferencia entre afirmar que su instituci\u00f3n u organizaci\u00f3n es \"bienvenida a todos\" frente a \"este espacio est\u00e1 pensado para usted\". Lo primero permite que la gente sepa que cualquiera puede entrar por las puertas, pero no significa necesariamente que los principios, las pol\u00edticas o la misi\u00f3n sean inclusivos para ellos.
