Para desmantelar los sistemas de opresi\u00f3n que existen en el mundo debemos enfrentarnos a los sistemas de opresi\u00f3n que viven dentro de nosotros. Esto requiere atenci\u00f3n plena, conciencia plena y el cultivo de la paz interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GWI se centra en la Transici\u00f3n Justa (JT) en el Valle del Hudson. La atenci\u00f3n plena es una herramienta de la JT. Para conseguir una Transici\u00f3n Justa tenemos que empezar por nosotros mismos. Esto requiere atenci\u00f3n plena: prestar atenci\u00f3n a prop\u00f3sito, en el momento presente, sin juzgar. Exploraremos lo que esto significa, c\u00f3mo se manifiesta en nosotros mismos y c\u00f3mo otros est\u00e1n incorporando la atenci\u00f3n plena a su trabajo para cambiar el mundo.
