Para desmantelar los sistemas de opresi\u00f3n que existen en el mundo debemos enfrentarnos a los sistemas de opresi\u00f3n que viven en nuestro interior. Esto requiere atenci\u00f3n plena, conciencia plena y el cultivo de la paz interior. Practicar la atenci\u00f3n plena nos ayuda en nuestro compromiso de impulsar la justicia racial y la equidad social, que a su vez es fundamental para Transici\u00f3n justa<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este taller comienza con tu inter\u00e9s en la pr\u00e1ctica de la atenci\u00f3n plena como camino hacia el cambio social y la voluntad de echar un vistazo a tu propia capacidad para el cambio y la paz. Mindfulness es prestar atenci\u00f3n a prop\u00f3sito, en el momento presente, sin juzgar. Entretejido con oportunidades para practicar, te invitaremos a explorar el significado de \"radical\" y \"mindfulness\" y c\u00f3mo ofrecen un medio para reconocer la opresi\u00f3n que vive dentro, y ver c\u00f3mo mindfulness sirve como base para otros que est\u00e1n trabajando para cambiar el mundo.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
