{"id":7591,"date":"2021-05-05T19:13:29","date_gmt":"2021-05-05T19:13:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/?post_type=calendar2&#038;p=7591"},"modified":"2021-05-24T14:50:16","modified_gmt":"2021-05-24T14:50:16","slug":"developing-a-social-equity-practice","status":"publish","type":"events","link":"https:\/\/goodworkinstitute.org\/es\/events\/developing-a-social-equity-practice\/","title":{"rendered":"Desarrollar una pr\u00e1ctica de equidad social"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A lo largo del fin de semana, se le invitar\u00e1 a lidiar con el poder, los privilegios y las diferencias, a desarrollar una pr\u00e1ctica de equidad social que pueda integrar en su Buen Trabajo, y a emerger con un marco claro para facilitar la concienciaci\u00f3n individual y organizativa sobre los cambios necesarios, las formas de trabajar hacia el cambio y los pr\u00f3ximos pasos a dar. El taller se basa en un marco que se ha ofrecido a dos cohortes de GWI Fellows y a miles de otras personas en los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os y que ha sido perfeccionado por un equipo de facilitadores, incluidos los dos que guiar\u00e1n el fin de semana. Las experiencias que cada uno de nosotros aporta a este taller ser\u00e1n respetadas, ya que se nos invita a compartir nuestra sabidur\u00eda y a beneficiarnos de la sabidur\u00eda de los dem\u00e1s, dondequiera que nos encontremos en nuestro viaje de aprendizaje permanente hacia la consecuci\u00f3n de la equidad social.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de las lecturas previas al taller y las presentaciones, el intercambio de historias, los debates, los ejercicios y los v\u00eddeos durante el taller:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Desarrollar una comprensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda de la equidad social a trav\u00e9s de una lente de identidad personal.<\/li><li>Integrar un marco y un lenguaje com\u00fan para abordar las cuestiones de poder, privilegio y diferencia.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Examinar c\u00f3mo las pr\u00e1cticas institucionales e individuales mantienen las desigualdades entre las personas y nos impiden desarrollar todo nuestro potencial.<\/li><li>Construir una comunidad de estudiantes comprometidos con la identificaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n de estrategias pr\u00e1cticas para crear un cambio colectivo.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GWI se complace en ofrecerle esta oportunidad para ayudarle a comprometerse como aliado y a empoderarse como socio en la creaci\u00f3n de la equidad social.<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":7592,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"on-or-off-event-list":[],"event-category":[109],"class_list":["post-7591","events","type-events","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","event-category-gwi-workshop"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
