After a brief introduction, each participant will choose a focus: honoring someone or something they want to carry with them, inviting a future self or quality they want to embody, or releasing an old story, role, or pattern they are ready to put down. Using provided materials and reference resources, participants will create a personal talisman and seal it with intention.
