Tras una breve introducci\u00f3n, cada participante elegir\u00e1 un enfoque: honrar a alguien o algo que quiera llevar consigo, invitar a su yo futuro o a una cualidad que desee encarnar, o liberarse de una vieja historia, un rol o un patr\u00f3n que est\u00e9 listo para dejar atr\u00e1s.
