Cuando nos entregamos de lleno a las cosas que nos importan, queremos saber que realmente cuentan.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Especialmente en momentos como estos, qu\u00e9 agotador es ver c\u00f3mo nuestro arduo trabajo se desvanece a medida que el conflicto se ralentiza, se estanca o, peor a\u00fan, acaba con nuestras colaboraciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los legados de un paradigma de dominaci\u00f3n (capitalismo, patriarcado, supremac\u00eda blanca, por nombrar algunos) nos han dejado sin las habilidades que necesitamos para inclinarnos hacia la interdependencia. Esto dificulta enormemente la colaboraci\u00f3n eficaz. Y hace a\u00fan m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil encontrar la generatividad en el conflicto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser as\u00ed. La Comunicaci\u00f3n No Violenta o \"Compasiva\" (CNV) nos ofrece un conjunto de herramientas para profundizar en nuestra propia autoconexi\u00f3n corporal, desarrollar nuestra capacidad para buscar apoyo y relacionarnos con nosotros mismos y con los dem\u00e1s con empat\u00eda, de modo que podamos mostrarnos m\u00e1s plenamente en nuestro trabajo en el mundo. Y a medida que empezamos a desentra\u00f1ar la forma en que la cultura de la dominaci\u00f3n ha moldeado nuestro propio lenguaje, podemos aprender nuevas\/viejas formas de comunicarnos que nos lleven m\u00e1s profundamente a la alineaci\u00f3n con nuestros valores, nuestro prop\u00f3sito y a la conexi\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante este taller introductorio en l\u00ednea, exploraremos estrategias pr\u00e1cticas para desmontar la dominaci\u00f3n en nosotros mismos, en nuestra comunicaci\u00f3n, en nuestras relaciones y en nuestras colaboraciones. La sesi\u00f3n incluir\u00e1 contenidos interactivos y ejercicios para trabajar con ejemplos reales de tu vida. Tendr\u00e1s la oportunidad de formar pareja con otro participante para practicar fuera del taller. Este taller te ayudar\u00e1 a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identificar los patrones de la cultura de la dominaci\u00f3n y desarrollar una orientaci\u00f3n basada en las necesidades que le permita deshacer la dominaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Explora la CNV como una pr\u00e1ctica de atenci\u00f3n plena y aumenta tu capacidad de sintonizar con las sensaciones corporales como una valiosa retroalimentaci\u00f3n de tu sistema nervioso que te orienta hacia lo que te importa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ampl\u00eda tus conocimientos y tu vocabulario sobre el lenguaje resonante \u2014incluidos los \u201csentimientos\u201d y las \u201cnecesidades\u201d\u2014 y tu comprensi\u00f3n de los fundamentos neurocient\u00edficos que explican por qu\u00e9 este tipo de lenguaje funciona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desarrolla la pr\u00e1ctica de la escucha emp\u00e1tica con un compa\u00f1ero fuera de las sesiones como herramienta fundamental para recargar energ\u00edas y poder dar lo mejor de ti en situaciones de conflicto y colaboraci\u00f3n (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfEst\u00e1s preparado para dedicar algo de atenci\u00f3n a un nuevo enfoque de tus relaciones laborales?
