En este taller - Aflojaremos nuestros cuerpos con movimientos som\u00e1ticos y sonidos sencillos y potentes; - declararemos nuestro derecho a vivir con alegr\u00eda; - abriremos espacio en nuestro sistema nervioso para permitir el flujo de la curiosidad, la conexi\u00f3n y el juego; - reconoceremos, permitiremos y dirigiremos el Amor en nosotros mismos, en los dem\u00e1s y en el entorno a trav\u00e9s del mantra y la visualizaci\u00f3n; - nos relajaremos e integraremos nuestra experiencia con yoga Nidra; - nos divertiremos; - \u00a1brillaremos!
