El liderazgo compartido es una pr\u00e1ctica colaborativa, y creemos que cuantos m\u00e1s trabajadores est\u00e9n presentes, m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil ser\u00e1 para una organizaci\u00f3n comprometerse con este trabajo.
