El Teatro del Oprimido (TO, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) es un marco pol\u00edtico y un m\u00e9todo teatral que no se centra tanto en la representaci\u00f3n como en la creatividad, el juego y la exploraci\u00f3n. TO involucra a las personas en el descubrimiento corporal, la reflexi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica y el di\u00e1logo y el proceso de liberaci\u00f3n.
