El bienestar y el descanso son dos facetas que a menudo eluden nuestra comunidad debido a los factores estresantes que se interponen en la puerta de la vida. Ofrecemos esta experiencia sonora como un rayo de luz sobre las posibilidades que tenemos de encontrar consuelo, cuidado y un sentido de pertenencia a uno mismo a trav\u00e9s de nuestra conciencia y presencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta sanaci\u00f3n sonora utiliza grabaciones de nuestros antepasados en forma de Negro Spirituals que se entrelazan con los sonidos de gongs, campanas, sonajas, tambores y otros instrumentos. Se ofrece como parte de <a href=\"http:\/\/blackhistorymonthkingston.org\/\">Mes de la Historia Negra en Kingston<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Un ba\u00f1o de sonido es una experiencia auditiva de inmersi\u00f3n profunda y cuerpo entero que utiliza intencionadamente el sonido para invitar a procesos terap\u00e9uticos y reconstituyentes suaves pero poderosos para nutrir la mente y el cuerpo.\" -Sara Auster<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se proporcionar\u00e1n esterillas de yoga, mantas y almohadones.
